Always good food. It's our go to maple valley spot when we want teriyaki, egg rolls, and chicken katsu.
Himitsu is our go to teriyaki place. Predictably delicious and reasonable. We alternate between chicken teriyaki and stir fry--our granddaughter really likes the chicken yakisoba. We're glad Himitsu is here and just wish it was open today. (Closed Sundays)
We have eaten here a few times. They are often very busy, so we usually order ahead for takeout. So far, we have enjoyed nearly everything we've eaten. The chicken is quite tasty, sometimes a bit overcooked, but not often. Some of the more Chinese foods have been really good. The fried rice could use a few more spices, it's a bit bland, but we have some sauces that bring it up to our standard for taste. Lots of variety,so we seldom order the same thing, so we can sample different dishes. Good place. We have been at off hours and the ambiance is pretty friendly.
